Studio Open!
Come help celebrate the opening of this small studio, designed for private and group sessions! It is a cozy space nestled in the Cascade/South Lake Union Neighborhood.
I’ve had some amazing help, and I’m excited to say that we are OPEN! The space is in a structure built in the early 1900’s, and is on the Historic Registry. The studio has beautifully soft natural light, and a refinished original Fir floor. 75% of the construction was done with re-used materials and materials on hand. The walls and trim are finished with a selected No VOC paint made by Yolo Paints in Portland, and the floor with Tried and True Danish Wood Oil out of New York- a non toxic product made without synthetic hardeners or animal testing.
I’m sharing this with you, because I am excited to find products that I wanted to use to complete this beautiful space for your practice and feel it is important that I made these choices, knowing that the affect is far greater than my benefit.
This first stage will see classes limited to 8 students. As director of Sukha Yoga, I will work to see it grow into a slightly bigger space, independent of my home, within two years.

I look forward to the opportunity to serve my community in this way!
Blessings to you,
