I’m happy to say that Sukha Yoga is celebrating one year!
I want to extend a warm heart felt thank you to all who have helped
to make this first year so beautiful, thanks for your business,
encouragement, support, dedication to your practice compassion and
patience!
My Father and Sharon, Mom, Cascade Shelter Project, Willow, Eden, Jeff,
Dee Anna, Michael, Susanna, Zoe, Helga, Stefanie, Jennifer and Dakota,
Davida and SAM, Julie, Kelli, Katie and Andre, Claudia, Pandit Vikash and
Prabhash Maharaj, Matteo and Heather, Jemilla, all the King County Dept
of Health yogis, Ta’te and David, Sockett, Tessa and Finn are just to name
a few of the many beautiful people in this community.
If I have neglected to name you here, know that is an oversight, but not a
lack of love for you, my friend!
I look forward to sharing in this celebration with old and new friends in the
coming year!
With Deep Gratitude- Linda Moore Director, S.Y.

About sukha yoga

For Sukha Yoga-‘good space- for the study of yoga’ I consider the following core values as the cornerstones for this project: ::: To actively practice Ahimsa in all interdependent relationships and interactions. ::: To uphold the highest standards of the teachings of Yoga- honoring the lineage of the teachers, the origins from which the teachings come. ::: To uphold the highest integrity in all decision making- never compromising Satya- Truth, for the desire to advance monetarily. ::: To welcome and embrace all people seeking out the study of Yoga- free from judgment, specifically based on race, sexual orientation, physical abilities or spiritual and religious beliefs. ::: To uphold the highest standards of communication between the teacher and the student(s) who choose to study here- to ensure the quality of safe space where the student(s) can receive the knowledge they need to deepen their practice. Loka Samasta Sukhino Bhavantu- May all beings everywhere be happy and free. Om shanti, shanti, shantih- Namaste
